RYAN KRATZ - Residential Designer

Since graduating from architecture school at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 1999, I have worked for architecture firms in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Washington.  My work experience includes both commercial and residential design and I’ve been an Arizona-licensed architect since 2007. I moved from Seattle in 2011, and have lived on the west side of Ann Arbor with my family ever since. 

As a residential designer, my relationship with you, the homeowner, is one of collaboration.  I invite you to participate in the design process because designing a home renovation is fun and exciting. The familiarity you have with your home and your family’s lifestyle is invaluable when creating a functional and enduring renovation.
